He never lets go

This break has been painfully difficult.

Struggling with anxiety, depression, and exhaustion.
There is no doubt, I have been an anxious mess.


Some nights, mornings, afternoons, I have been filled with sadness and pain.
Sadness that just won't go away.


I've crawled under the blankets thinking about Jesus.
Trying to find comfort in Him.
In His loving touch.
I know His arms are always around me,
even when it feels like the pain and sadness won't go away.


It will.


God is always with us.
He never lets go.


"Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning."
-Psalm 30:5
